Fantastic opportunity for a Network Voice Engineer to join a leading Global Services Company, offering a basic salary of £44K which includes a 10% shift and excellent benefits, based in London.

The Network Voice Engineer will take ownership of the day to day support of the Network and Telecoms systems. This role is part of the IT service desk and also offers support during events.


Candidates must have an in depth knowledge of Cisco based Networks, Cisco IPT systems with knowledge of Avaya PBX technologies. Additionally experience of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, sniffing and experience of implementing QoS on a Cisco network would also be beneficial. Good routing and switching experience is required.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in strong analytical skills and have a methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving. Candidates must be able to work over a shift pattern and also some weekends.
