A fantastic opportunity for an experienced purchasing professional to join an exciting European Telecoms Service Provider in the capacity of Procurement Manager. My client needs a pro-active, self motivated individual who is looking for an autonomous role & fast track career progression.





The Procurement Manager will take complete ownership of the strategic & commercial planning of the procurement function & will be the lead figure in running the technology divisions purchasing operations.





The Procurement Manager will be the pivotal linchpin between internal departments, external suppliers & 3rd parties, coordinating the operational success & adding commercial gain for the business.





The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a procurement, purchasing or buyer role. You will have sharp negotiation skills, a high level of literacy & & persuasive manner. Candidates should have knowledge of Oracle Financials & good Excel skills. Candidates with Telco or ISP experience are highly desirable.
